Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Canceled Credit Card Orders (if applicable)
If you cancel an order paid by credit card before it ships, we will issue a refund, less a 3% credit card processing fee, which is charged to us by our payment platform and is non-recoverable. This fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our incurred costs. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post. If you still haven’t received it, contact your bank. If the issue persists, email us at sales@justwashstuff.com.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
