Pro Cleanse BC is a concentrated, free-rinsing alkaline cleaner (pH 13 or higher) for concrete, brick, siding, roofs and other exterior surfaces. It removes oil stains, carbon, tire marks and biofilm, and helps remove oxidation and brighten surfaces without acid. Coverage is about 100 to 250 sq ft per gallon.
Uses

- Oil, carbon and tire stains
- Secondary rinse to neutralize acid cleaners

Apply with a pressure washer, brush or low-pressure sprayer, using hot or cold water. Dilute from 1:1 to 1:20 depending on the soil (about 1:3 to 1:10 for medium oil stains). Rinse at 1,000 PSI or higher. Do not mix with bleach, do not let it dry on hot surfaces, and test a small area first.
