Sean at Just Wash Stuff is the real deal.
Our Comet P40 went down after the recent freeze, and with parts shortages everywhere, we were in a bind. We had a $6,000 job on the line and needed the retrofit kit fast. After searching everywhere, we found it on their website in stock and nearly $100 cheaper than other suppliers.
We placed the order at 11pm, paid just $13 for expedited shipping, and received almost immediate responses. The part arrived in ONE business day. That alone saved our job.
I’m even attaching a picture of our pump failing so others can see what we were dealing with.
I called to personally thank them and was impressed by how quickly they answered. Sean took the time to give us installation tips and even shared advice on washing roofs more efficiently. That’s above and beyond service.
Fast shipping, great pricing, real customer support. They’ve earned a loyal customer.

Great Service

I really like how they went above and beyond by suggesting an alternative item that would be a more permanent solution for my issue. I would have never known about it if they didn’t.

Just Wash Stuff is amazing to deal with. Shawn is very responsive and took care of a shipping issue right away. Unlike most companies that say they have customer service, Just Wash Stuff actually does. I highly recommend them and would definitely give them a try.
