Refund policy
Just Wash Stuff accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
Items must be new and unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Contact sales@justwashstuff.com or call 352-571-4654 for a return authorization before you ship anything back. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Items we cannot accept
- Used equipment or parts
- 12-volt pumps, battery cables, switches and other electrical accessories (final sale)
- Detergents, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
- Special-order and non-stock items
- Items marked "final sale" on the product page
Restocking fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns for ordering errors, such as the wrong part, the wrong size or too many. There is no restocking fee on items that arrive defective or damaged, or on items we shipped in error.
Refunds
We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your returned item(s). The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your card company may take 2–4 more business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
If you cancel before your order ships, email or call us and we will refund the full order. Orders that have already shipped follow the return rules above.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Email sales@justwashstuff.com with your order number and photos. If the return is due to our mistake (an item that arrived defective or damaged, or the wrong item shipped), we send you a prepaid return label, refund your original shipping charges, and replace or refund the item with no restocking fee.
Return shipping
For returns due to an ordering error (the wrong part, the wrong size or too many), you pay the return shipping, original shipping charges are not refunded, and the 25% restocking fee applies. Please use a trackable service for returns over $75. We cannot refund a return we do not receive.
