This polypropylene mixing block brings water, bleach and surfactant lines together in a soft-wash proportioning setup. It has three ports on the bottom and one on each side, all NPT threaded, so you can plumb it the way your rig is laid out and plug any ports you don't use. Four pre-drilled holes make it easy to mount to a skid or trailer wall. Choose 1/2", 3/4" or 1" port size (MB12, MB34, MB1). Color may be black or white depending on stock.
A proportioning system lets you run bleach and surfactant through the pump at the mix you choose, instead of batch mixing a full tank. Use chemical-resistant hose and fittings on every port, and flush the system with fresh water at the end of the day to extend seal life.
