This brass inlet fitting connects a standard garden hose to a 3/8" female NPT pump inlet. It also has a 1/4" FPT side port for a gauge or other accessory; plug it if not used.
Brass resists corrosion and is easy to seal, making it a good all-round choice for water and mild chemical plumbing.
