Comet P40 Outlet Elbow 2801.0110.00, #78

The Comet 2801.0110.00 outlet elbow is the discharge fitting on the original Comet P40 soft-wash pump (breakdown #78). Pair it with a new outlet O-ring (1210.0481.00).

This part is for the original (old-design) Comet P40 diaphragm pump. The P40 is a common choice for soft-wash rigs, rated around 11 GPM at up to 300 PSI with chemical-resistant wet parts. Check the Comet P40 breakdown sheet to confirm the part and position number for your pump before ordering.

Elbows on the P40 route flow in and out of the pump body and are exposed to chemical, UV and the occasional knock from a hose or reel. A cracked or warped elbow can cause air leaks on the suction side or drips on the pressure side. Replace with the genuine Comet part to keep the original fit, and install new O-rings at the same time.
