This kit was developed to relieve pressure spikes at the manifold caused from using a proportioning system. The collector wasn't originally designed to handle these types of pressure spikes so Comet is recommending a check valve placed between the hose reel and the outlet of the pump. They are also recommending using a 3/4" bypass hose instead of 1/2". This kit will provide everything that Comet is suggesting.

Kit includes:

BYPASS

One Brass fitting which has the proper threads to change your 1/2" bypass and convert it to 3/4" as Comet recommends. 

One 3/4" FPT 90 Degree Elbow Hose Barb to attach 3/4" Bypass Hose to Bypass Regulator Fitting.

One, 25' Length of 3/4" Yellow Ag Bypass OR Crushproof hose.

One 1" MPT x 3/4" Hose Barb to attach Bypass Hose to Proportioner Block.

Two Stainless Steel Hose Clamps

OUTLET TO REEL

One 1" G Fitting to attach to Outlet on Pump (between reel and pump),

One 1" Check Valve for Placement on Outlet Line to Attach to Above Fitting.

One 1" x 3/4" 90 Degree Hose Barb to Connect to Check Valve.

One 1/2" NPT to 3/4" Poly Hose Barb to Attach at Reel.
