Soft-Wash Proportioner with 3 CPVC Metering Valves, 1/2"-1"

This soft-wash proportioner meters water, bleach and surfactant through three precision CPVC valves into a chemical-resistant UHMWPE manifold block. Viton seals hold up to sodium hypochlorite, and each line has its own check valve to limit backflow. The assembly includes three metering valves, three check valves and the manifold with NPT connections, an output port and a bypass port. Choose 1/2", 3/4" or 1" to match your pump and plumbing.

A proportioning system lets you run bleach and surfactant through the pump at the mix you choose, instead of batch mixing a full tank. Use chemical-resistant hose and fittings on every port, and flush the system with fresh water at the end of the day to extend seal life.
